Adi SaravananFounder & President
Adi is a co-founder at Allsec Technologies, and continues to spearhead the Business Development and Strategic Finance functions at Allsec.
A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Adi had partnered Jagadish in building and managing a highly successful Financial Advisory firm, for over a decade till 1999.
As a Finance professional, Adi has a proven track-record of nurturing client relationships and exploring new horizons in structuring services. These well-honed skills from previous assignments at Ashok Leyland and Sanmar, are put to good use in driving business at Allsec.
Allsec Technologies still draws on his entrepreneurial instinct and creative abilities to pitch the value-proposition, as they move towards establishing a differentiated BPO model.
JAGADISH RAMAMOORTHICo-Founder & CEO
As co-founder & CEO, Jagadish oversees the Operations, HR and Client Servicing functions at Allsec. This is a logical extension of the execution and control responsibilities he earlier shouldered at the Financial Advisory firm.
As a Chartered Accountant from India and a Certified Cost & Management Accountant from London, Jagadish wears his qualifications lightly; crediting the initial days at Ashok Leyland for his well-disciplined, steady approach to building value.
Jagadish in his second venture as an equal partner with Adi, continues to play the sheet-anchor role, sustaining and continuously enhancing service excellence at Allsec.
R. VaithiyanathanSr. VP - Operations & HR
Vaithi, as he is more popularly known among peers and colleagues, has years of functional and leadership experience behind him. He joined Allsec in 2000 as Head – Human Resources and subsequently assumed dual responsibility of Operations and HR as Vice President.
As Senior Vice President – Operations & HR, Vaithi is responsible for the day-to-day operations, delivery and client servicing initiatives across various centers. He also oversees implementation of new strategies and managing global human resource policies for Allsec. This includes end-to-end service delivery, client relationship management, and steering leadership and direction to employees.
Vaithi started his career with the Bhabha Atomic Research Center. He subsequently handled HR assignments for the Searle and Ranbaxy groups. In his last assignment at Ranbaxy, he was responsible for HR operations of three units in Mumbai, managing a 1,200 strong work force of distinctly different cultures.
Vaithi is a graduate in Physics and holds a management degree from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management, Mumbai.
Bob PenlandSr. VP - Mortgage & Consulting Services
Bob has been an executive leader and senior consultant for over 37 years in the Financial Services arena including work with national and international Banks, Servicers, Originators, Third Party Vendors and GSE’s.
From a fulltime leadership and consulting perspective Bob has been affiliated with a number of highly respected companies including: The Associates/Citi Group, Countrywide Home Loans, Fannie Mae, Bank of America, Chase, Standard Chartered Bank, Fremont Investment and Loan, Saxon/Morgan Stanley, America’s Cash Express, National Bankruptcy Services and several other top 100 firms.
His areas of expertise include: National Servicing & Originations management for mortgage and non-mortgage products, Credit Risk Management, Secondary Markets/Acquisitions, Regulatory Compliance, Vendor Management, LOS & POS conversions, and Process evaluations/re-engineering.
Bob is a proud Veteran of the U.S. Army’s (101st Airborne Division and involved in his local church and several charitable organizations.
Ross S. DelstonSenior Advisor
Ross S. Delston is a Washington, DC-based independent attorney, Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), Certified CAMS Trainer, and former regulator at the FDIC with over 40 years of experience in the financial services sector. For the past 16 years he has specialized in Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML) compliance matters in the US and internationally for both private and government clients.
Representative engagements include participating in two monitorships involving international banking, BSA/AML compliance, CDD/KYC, and OFAC (BNP Paribas and AIG); assessing the BSA/AML compliance function of a financial services firm specializing in high net worth clients; participating in five annual independent AML reviews of a publicly held MSB; and assessing the AML compliance activities of the financial regulator of a major offshore financial center. In addition, Mr. Delston has been named as an expert witness on BSA/AML compliance issues in nine cases, including a civil forfeiture action on behalf of the U.S. Attorney’s Office (SDNY).
Mr. Delston has also been a consultant to the IMF on AML and banking matters since 1997 and has participated in the AML assessments of nine offshore financial centers, including Saint Vincent and Bermuda. In addition, he has been a consultant to the World Bank since 1998 on banking regulation, insolvency and systemic crisis issues for numerous countries in Asia, Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union.
Previously, he was a Consulting Counsel, IMF; Of Counsel, Jones Day; and Assistant General Counsel for Assisted Acquisitions at the FDIC. He co-authored two law review articles on trade-based money laundering (TBML): “Strengthening Our Security: A New International Standard on TBML is Needed Now” (2012) and “Reaching Beyond Banks: How to Target TBML and Terrorist Financing Outside the Financial Sector” (2009).
Mr. Delston is a frequent speaker on AML compliance issues at seminars and conferences throughout the world, has been interviewed on TRT World News (Turkey), CNN International and BBC TV News and has been quoted in the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, the American Banker and the Nikkei (Japan).
C. MahadevanVP - HR BPO
A Mechanical Engineer from the College of Engineering, Guindy, Tamil Nadu, and a Masters in Management Systems from University of Hull, UK, Mahadevan’s career started at Modi Xerox in 1989. He subsequently worked in organisations like Dunlop India, Shaw Wallace, and Kirloskar Oil Engines.
Mahadevan was business head at Allsec Technosoft Ltd., a company specializing in customized application development solutions for companies in the HR, Travel, and Retail verticals.
As Vice President - HR BPO at Allsec, Mahadevan brings with him relevant experience in Operations and Client Account Management. He is currently in charge of the domestic HR BPO services of Allsec Technologies.
Saravanan ThambusamyVP - Technology
Saravanan Thambusamy leads the IT Infrastructure Management & Application Development team across Allsec's multiple delivery centers and is a member of Allsec's executive leadership team.
Saravanan has over 24 years of professional experience in the IT/ITES industry. He has worked extensively in sectors like: ISP (VNPL, India's first ISP under ‘C’ category and Micro Village Network Services P. Ltd., a subsidiary of Micro Village, Singapore); BPO and KPO (Zenta Knowledge Services Pvt. Ltd., formerly known as Global Realty Outsourcing India Pvt. Ltd.). He has handled various profiles in Zenta for over seven years, prior to joining Allsec in May 2008.
Saravanan graduated from the Bharathiyar University with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) degree. He also holds a Masters Degree in Business Management (Finance) from the Periyar University. He manages a team comprising highly experienced thought leaders with prior experience in Information and Telecommunication technologies and contributes to the IT Infrastructure management, development and upkeep at Allsec.
Benny TateVP - Business Development
Tate will be responsible for driving the company’s revenue growth strategies in all areas of the company, including its outsourced healthcare revenue cycle management, data capture, claims pre-adjudication services, mortgage processing and AP optimization.
A 30-year veteran widely recognized as one of the industry thought leaders in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) across vertical market segments. Has been primarily responsible for driving revenue growth strategies in the healthcare and financial services market. Worked for several global outsourcing companies focused on customer cost reduction and improved efficiencies using people, processes and technology.
Prior to joining Allsec, Tate held sales and sales management positions for ibml, Banctec and Xerox. Tate previously worked for a provider of payments and document automation solutions and services, where he was instrumental in securing more than $100 million in new revenue.
Away from Allsec, Benny enjoys his family, friends and is a committed leader in his church.
RaghunathVP - Finance
Raghunath is a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant with 19 years of experience in Finance and Accounts. Prior to joining Allsec Technologies Ltd, he has worked with Fortis Healthcare and Scope International; his previous assignment was with Fortis Healthcare Limited.
His hobbies include reading fiction and playing shuttle.
Jeff O’BrienVP – Business Development
Jeff is Vice President of Business Development at Allsec Technologies. He is responsible for partnering with our clients to enhance and create value through the Allsec business relationship.
In a career spanning 30+ years, Jeff has played a variety of senior roles in global business process solutioning, strategic business development, customer relationship management and sales/marketing. Most recently he worked at Convergys Corporation as Director of Account Management, partnering with large Fortune 100 brands in supporting customer relationship management and CX strategies and initiatives. Prior to this he worked at Minacs as a General Manager of a large Automotive account, HOV Services, as Vice President of Business Development, and EDS, consulting and leading new client engagements in the F&A, Healthcare, and Retail vertical's implementing digital marketing solutions and automating back office operations.
Jeff received his BS in Business Administration with a minor in Industrial Technology from Central Michigan University.
Sacher DawsonVP – Business Development
Sacher is a housing finance executive with over 25 years of broad experience in mortgage banking, loss mitigation servicing, servicing valuation, credit risk, capital markets and operations, while also specializing in customer engagement, mortgage banking, business transformation, regulatory engagement, high performance team leadership, mentoring and vendor management. He has a strong track record in portfolio and relationship management, and leading strategic initiatives to advance corporate objectives.
Sacher has worked with several large servicing entities in the past such as Associates/Citigroup, Centex/Nationstar, Fremont Investments and Loans, NCCI, & Fannie Mae, where he managed and provided oversight of large, mid-sized and small lenders throughout the country. While he is not working, he enjoys sports, traveling, and community service work at his church.
