PACEing Towards a Better Tomorrow

Allsec Technologies and PACE (Professional Association of Customer Engagement) have officially joined hands. A new era of customer engagement is upon us. The partnership aims to fast-track digital transformation and promote best practices in the BPO industry.

From its inception in 1988, PACE has played a major role in promoting best practices in the call center industry. Today, it is one of the largest communities of business leaders, united in their commitment to creating omnichannel and empathetic solutions. It is the only non-profit trade association dedicated exclusively to the advancement of companies that engage with customers via the contact center.

From their National Convention and Washington Summit to their Regional Chapter events, PACE also provides business leaders with the tools and opportunities to boost their CX capabilities and leverage amazing networking opportunities.

Allsec shares PACE’s mission of creating call centers that prioritize customer experience through digital transformation. At Allsec, we have always strived to bring a synergy between human expertise and technological innovation. The partnership will allow us to further this goal. As summarised by Ashish Johri, CEO of Allsec Technologies, “we at Allsec are looking to build a more inclusive, and empathetic world through innovation that puts people first. Our partnership with PACE is a crucial part of this endeavor.”
